A bibliographic review to participatory leadership in the post-pandemic scenario

Abstract

The present study carries out a bibliographical analysis on the participative leadership model in the post-pandemic scenario, with the objective of identifying its impact on organizations. Through a bibliographical analysis of the literature in databases, such as Elsevier, Scopus, Dialnet, SpringerLink and Scielo, a universe of 7,484 antecedents was identified, of which 366 documents in Spanish and English were selected through a representative sampling. The methodological approach used is qualitative with an exploratory-descriptive scope, which allowed evidencing that participative leadership is related to the promotion of innovation, crisis management, adaptability, resilience and work environment, contributing to the flexibility and sustainability of contemporary organizations in the post-pandemic scenario.
