Abstract

The globalization of markets and the incorporation of Information and Communication Technologies require organizations
to adopt strategies to strengthen their operations in response to the complex and competitive environment in which they
operate. In this context, business intelligence (BI) systems play a fundamental role since they include applications and tools
that facilitate the loading, analysis, extraction, and reporting of valuable information to guide the correct decision-making,
which in the case of Azuaynet is limited, imprecise, and of low scope in its marketing process. Therefore, this article aims
to design a technological architecture of business intelligence that enables adequate decision-making. The results reflect
relevant information for managers to effectively and efficiently manage commercial operations. The research provides a tool
that guarantees a global view of commercial activity to improve its competitiveness.
