Abstract

The implementation of organizational systems in the occupational health and safety sector involves the consolidation of
physical parameters that intensify the company’s performance: by implementing occupational health and safety software,
documentation management is favored, costs are reduced, the work performed is improved and the quality of operations is
increased. Therefore, the study analyzes the strategic management of occupational health and safety in organizations and
their technological control tools. At the methodological level, it is exploratory and descriptive, with the analysis of practical
cases. The results show that in the case studies taken, the results reflected 86.75%, 92.75% and 96%, against compliance
with the minimum requirements, noting that there are risks identified in the companies analyzed, such as the identification
of hazards, environmental, chemical, physical and biological measurements, which should be minimized, so that actions
that favor the prevention and control of accidents and occupational diseases in harmony with the strategic objectives of the
organization. On the other hand, there are technological control tools such as Steel, InCheck, Novasoft, HSEQ and Guardian
of Productivity that once implemented, contain the necessary standards required by the Colombian standard 0312 of 2019,
efficiently controlling the obligations of employers in occupational safety and health.
